Thanks to the very generous folks at Bank of Commerce in Duncan, our collective pledge per house sold in 2011 is now $125! What a great extension of a wonderful partnership! A pledge to help provide clean water is beyond our expectations.
Together, we are able to give $125 toward our Charity: water campaign, Home Sweet Water, to which we will be donating one lump sum at the end of the year- in hopes it is $5,000- to get water to a village! Please visit the link above to see what charity: water is accomplishing!
The Cunningham and Hoosier homes in Ardmore are looking great! The Cunningham home is very close to completion and the Hoosier home is in the dry! Good thing!:)
Beth receives publisher of the year award in our books! Anyone is going to be crazy not to want to expand in Ardmore or move to town!
And lastly, our new Elgin project is keeping us out of the bars and pool halls! These homes start at $102/ft and range from 1500-2000 sq. ft.
